These are vintage Y2K late 1990s early 2000s boxer briefs
***^^^There are imperfections on the waistband as shown, not damage just weird threading, I am selling multiple pair and the imperfections vary, but are similar
They do have stretch, but they do appear to run smaller, see photos for measurements
These were part of an estate that I purchased, no packaging
