Really cool lamp. All light and sounds work, in really good physical condition and comes with original box. ONLY ISSUE is when the lever is pulled it starts the slot machine but it is a never ending spin with sounds and you will have to turn the play to off to stop it. Don’t know what the issue is but If you just want this is as a cool decorative lamp it’s perfect, but if you intend to play slot machine this one isn’t for you. Light bulb not included
