i bought this like 10 years ago off someone else and it came stained, i tried everything to get them out but eventually just gave up and forgot i had it until a few months ago
anyways the design on it is one of the earliest merch designs panic! ever sold on shirts/hoodies so it's pretty old and hopefully worth something to a collector despite its condition! the zipper still works but the sleeves are very worn through as seen in the pics
also it's tagged an L but it fits pretty small id say a S/M for sure
