I spent a ton of time researching these boots. I also used two AI search engines. They both said they were vintage whites boots based off the arch, the stitching, the two rivets, and the numbers on them. 33489 is supposedly a batch code and date (33 4-1989 ) Before 1990 they often used codes instead of logos.
I'm listing them as unbranded as I was unable to confirm the brand.
