Vintage Divided Grill Plates Germany Air Brushed Pair
A pair of divided grill plate in a wonderful air brushed cabbage rose pattern. The ironstone plates have three compartments and are of substantial weight as typical of vintage grill plates. Black and deep rose (really more a burgundy red) on ivory.
Made in Germany, the plates date to 1944. I have not ever seen this pattern before.
Back marked "GERMANY – 04354 – 44”.
Measure 10/5/8 inches across.
Very good to excellent condition with no cracks or scratching. One plate has a flea bite on one divider ridge.
Perfect plates for an ironstone or restaurant ware enthusiast or for anyone who likes to keep their food servings separated on their plate.
