- This indoor garden has 2 modes for plants: Vegetable or Flowers & Fruits. The vegetable mode emits blue, red, and white light; the flower/fruit mode emits red, and white light. The height of the grow light can be adjusted to provide enough light at each stage of plant growth (up to 21 inches.)
