This is a poncho known as an "airborne poncho" by the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
It has a light-blocking function, so light won't leak out even if you use a light inside the poncho.
It shows signs of use, but it works without any problems.
It also repels water well.

This poncho uses light-blocking fabric. By using the four zippers on the sides, it can also be used as a tarp, sleeping bag cover, or bivy. It doesn't let any light through, so if you cover your tent with this on a sunny day, you can reduce the temperature inside the tent.
