Pull down the quick-release sleeve to remove the adapter. Unscrew the locking nut and open the connector to take out the monopod.
Mounting Screw: Press and hold the button to take out the screw. Flip the screw upside down to switch between the 1/4" and 3/8" thread.
Mounting Platform: Pull down the quick release sleeve and the mounting platform will pop up. Insert the platform back into the quick-release sleeve.
