The product is a pre-owned Hartmann Ratio Classic Deluxe 20 inch global carry-on suitcase.
The telescoping plastic handle only comes out about 1/3 to 1/2 way. Upon looking closer, I can see where it's getting caught-- the button is not engaging with one of the latching mechanisms lower down on the telescoping part. Probably an easy fix or if you don't need it to come up all the way, it's still usable and a fairly clean suitcase.
Some wear and stains on outside from use but inside is crazy clean.
