Lego City Town Center #60292 with 7 figures - see description

Note-includes 7 figures (8 if you count the baby). There are 2 figs missing. Some of the figures included have similar faces or torsos to what's shown in the instructions (I can give exact details if you want).
No motorcycle or bike included. Missing the "lead" for the dog.
Missing 1 sticker (book 5 page 73), 1 helmet & 1 sword.

The street panels are changeable -you can change the layout of the town. There's a car wash, pizza shop & karate studio. The pics show you everything you get.

Instructions & box not included. Instructions are easy to find free on the internet.
