Mostly complete. Check out pics closely. Only some instructions (3), but they are free online. Yellow flags missing, a 1x16 white brick is subbed out with two x8, and 2 6x8 red subbed with 2x6s. Missing one complete panel and red printed slope on larger trucks. Still a great set and very functional and parts are easily sourced though bricklink. Rescued from a non smoking local FB lot. Give this set a home and complete your collection. Will ship partially disassembled.
