Brand new with all the tags, box and the paper bag.
I personally think these run small.
I usually wear size S almost all of my fitness clothes and swimsuits, but this swim set size S was a bit tight on me, so I exchanged to size M.
For the reference, I’m 5’4” and 110 lbs.
