Authentic, timeless Louis Vuitton Speedy 40 duffel bag in monogram coated canvas with leather trim. Date code is MB8909. 2 top handles. Interior has a sidewall pocket.
MEASUREMENTS: 16.5" wide at bottom, 10" tall at side & about 8" deep.
CONDITION: I'd say overall fair condition:
•The handles have darkening, edgecoating off, dryness & surface cracks (photos 8 & 9).
•The leather where the handles attach also has the darkening & dryness, with early cracking at the front left attachment (photo 9).
•One side leather tab is torn (photo 10), & both show wear & dryness (photos 7 & 10).
•Piping surrounding the bag has some dryness, cracking & darkening with rubwear at the bottom corners (photos 10 - 12).
•The front bottom left corner has a worn spot in the canvas (photo 12).
•The monogram canvas has some wrinkling, a few marks here & there, & a bit of slight lightening throughout (see all photos).
•The hardware has tarnish/oxidation.
•And the bag has a kind of musty storage smell.
