1916-1930's Babe Ruth Holmes to Homes (authentic vintage card ) rare very old

1916- 1930's Babe Ruth Holmes to Homes (authentic vintage card ) possibly an original card! This 1916 tobacco Babe Ruth was brought into us as an consignment. Selling it as an old vintage (unknown year) this is not a recent copy. The cards surface is correct for the 1910's-1930's. We've tested it and it's definitely hundred year- vintage. We were told by owner it was in his possession for atleast 60 +years until it was brought in... and after much consideration we feel its a really unique find. We researched it and put it under blacklight and No brightners were found. Underneath magnification the ink pattern is uncommon, but not recent. It has a coarse texture to the card + musty smell. We can't determine it' exact year of production. But we do know it's super old and different from all of the others weve had. The card stock has slight breaking but it's also a very thin card-stock and shows hundred year old cardboard fibers in the cardstocks edging. It's a very unusual scarce card.
